Curtis has a Ph.D. in curriculum studies, and am currently teaching at the International Center of Setsunan University. As the chief editor of the Critical Thinking and Language Learning journal, published by the Critical Thinking SIG, he has abundant editorial experience in several other academic journals as well. Prior to teaching in Japan, he has taught in Taiwan for over a decade.
