Megumi Yoshieda

Nagoya University of Foreign Studies

A confident communicator in English is what I want my students to become. During the pandemic in 2020, communications shifted to online. Thus, some of my new approaches in my English courses include; peer readings on Moodle for academic writing, FlipGrid video exchanges for listening, Instagram postings for online English, and reading Nature Journals for science English. Both in Nagoya University of Foreign Studies and in Nagoya City University, I enjoy facilitating lessons using current topics to stay positive and to stay calm.
