I have a degree in English/Writing from Missouri Western State University and studied abroad in France and at Oxford University in the UK as an undergraduate. I later completed my MA TESOL in the UK. I worked in academic publishing for several years before beginning my teaching career in 2003. I have since taught in South Korea, the UK, Vietnam and Malaysia. I'm currently a Global Teaching Fellow at Tokyo International University's Global Teaching Institute.

This roundtable exchange will provide an overview of and an opportunity to discuss some of the most common perceptions held by teachers about developing and sharing resources, examine some of the ways to overcome commonly-faced obstacles, and consider how sharing materials can help foster a sense of community among teachers.
