Tailored Trainings
I have been a business English trainer based in Germany since 1998. Having taught in-company course for many years, I now focus on teaching business communication, English for special purposes and intercultural courses. I design my own materials in this field and provide teacher training, too, e.g. on the new CEFR. In addition, I am a translator and writer and have authored guidebooks on Meetings and Emailing in English and developed online materials for BE courses. If I am not at work, I divide my free time between Germany, Scotland and Sweden.

Productive Activities in an Online Classroom
Technology will not make you a better teacher, but it can help you to teach better online. In this workshop, I will demonstrate how to easily transfer activities such as gap fill or matching practice to an online classroom and how to swiftly prepare writing and speaking activities. Teachers can quickly learn and apply these tools online, and they will help them to integrate their students and make their online classroom more interactive.
